Character’s  Bio:Despite being told to give up on his dream by virtually everyone, twenty years have passed of Cooper trying to make it big. He’s still ambitious, though he has toned down his cockiness a bit due to a bit of advice from his husband, Jesse. While he still fights for auditions, he’s content to know that at home he has a loving family who cares for him.

Sample Para (It Doesn’t Have Using the Character You’re Auditioning For):Cooper could remember a mean cuss of an instructor back in college who had once told a lecture hall of about a hundred students that police work was nothing more or less than long periods of “boring as shit” spaced out by short bursts of “holy shit.”This was currently one of the stretches of “boring as shit.”The older Anderson had never been a fan of forced writing. Give him a notepad and a creative prompt, he could write for hours. Put him in front of a computer and ask him to give a detailed report on the events leading up to, following through, and after an arrest that involved a gunman and a bullet that hit the wall only three inches from his chest, and he would draw nothing but blanks. He knew what had happened, could give a statement in court about it, so why the hell did he have to hammer out twenty-five pages of nonsense and law enforcement jargon? By the time he was done with it, his fingers were sore and stiff and when he shut his laptop, he had to give his eyes time to adjust to the low lighting of the apartment.But as much as he complained about his job, he was genuinely thankful he had managed to land one in Westerville. He was closer to his brother, and as surprising as it was to find out, the small town was actually much safer than Washington. And considering the fact that he literally hadn’t seen his brother since he had moved away from Ohio, the close proximity was refreshing. Cooper really had missed him; it was hard going from living with someone as close as he was to Blaine to being separated, at one point by a width of the North American continent. And of course, nothing makes a man appreciate his life and the people in it quite like a near-death experience. So needless to say, he was excited about meeting his little brother for coffee. So excited that the first thing he did upon seeing him when he walked into Think Coffee was wrap him in a hug that less sturdy individuals would have considered bone-crushing.“How’ve you been, little brother?” Cooper asked, a grin splitting his face nearly in two as he held the younger Anderson at arm’s length by the shoulders.

Character’s Name: Santana Lopez
Character’s Bio: All her life, all Santana wanted to be was famous. She wanted people to know who she was when she walked down the street or stepped into a cafe to grab a cup of coffee. Having Santana Lopez be a household name was all that she wanted. In her mind, being known all over the country, the world even, was what was most important in life. But reality hit in high school, and Santana slowly came to realize that people didn’t become famous with a wave of a wand. And she knew that lawyers made a shit load of money, so she opted for law school. She was smart, there was no doubt about that, and if she set her mind to it, she could easily pass the BAR exam. But during her years at law school, Santana began to explore the possibilities of become an actress, and there were so many great opportunities for acting classes and workshops and all of that, and there was no way Santana could say no to that now. So she didn’t. She said yes, and dropped out of law school, and that was that. And the fact that she had Brittany by her side the whole time made everything ten times better. Having the bubbly blonde around always put a smile on Santana’s face, no matter what was happening. She was so incredibly in love, and things only got better once the two of them were married. At first Santana didn’t want any kids, but after Brittany put on that pouty face with the puppy dog eyes, there was no way she could say no. And it turned out that her kids weren’t half bad; they made her smile, they behaved themselves most of the time, and they proved to be a few of Santana’s best friends.

(From a Brittana Burlesque RP)

The sun had gone down hours ago, and the homeless man on the corner had already pulled his blanket tightly around him and settled in for the night. There weren’t many sounds in the air. There was the occasional chirp of a cricket and screeching of tires, but nothing more than that. Santana Lopez didn’t know where she was going. She’d already discarded her suitcases in her shitty hotel room, and figured she’d walk around the city. The peacefulness of nights had always been a comfort to Santana, and the sparkly blanket of star-stained sky served as a protective blanket. Los Angeles was an alien city to Santana, she didn’t know where anything but LAX was.

Santana was one of those people who didn’t like now knowing what was going on. Although she’d had years to build up a strong and brave front, it always seemed to be knocked down when she wasn’t in the know. Santana had already become more than familiar with New York City, the safe haven she’d exiled herself to after high school. She was never alone in the Big Apple, though, she’d made friends and even found herself a handsome and seemingly trustworthy boyfriend. Noah had been upset when Santana had decided to make the move from NYC to LA. He’d just been drafted onto the Buffalo Bills, therefore making his ability to leave the state impossible. It wasn’t like he’d be around much anyways, traveling with his team and all. Santana had said they could try to make it work; that they’d do long distance until neither of them could take it anymore.

But as for now Santana would just live her life like she usually would. Minus the shameless flirting. A set of bright lights protruding from a wall on a curved metal structure caught Santana’s eye as she crossed the street. As she stepped closer, she saw that a good amount of the lights curved to form the letters that formed the words Burlesque Lounge. It was the attractive lights and the mysteriousness of the place that drew her in. Santana couldn’t resist the urge that tugged at her; an urge that pushed her towards the door that lead down a short flight of steps and into the lounge that was to become a much bigger part of her life than Santana would ever imagine.

Santana’s eyes flitted around for a moment to see if there was anyone else out on the sidewalks. When she saw no one, she reached her tiny hand out and pushed through the door. The atmosphere was dark. But in a sensual way. The air from outside seemed to sweep in with Santana, curling up into those little swirls that you see in cartoons. At the bottom of the stairs, a man behind a podium stopped Santana and requested twenty dollars for her entrance. His eyes were outlined in thick black, and a black bowler hat rested on top of his head. Santana hesitated for a moment before handing over her money, sighing a little as the man grinned and told her to enjoy her night.

She stood awkwardly near the back for a moment before stepping over to the bar and sinking onto one of the stools. Her dark eyes were fixed on the intimately dressed girls who moved about on the stage. Not noticing the blonde girl on the stool next to her, Santana swiveled around and bumped into her. “Shit, sorry,” Santana said with a chuckle. “Didn’t see you there…”

Character’s Bio: Nick is your average guy, not too outgoing, but not super shy either. He’ll go to parties just like any teenager, but he isn’t really a big partier…he’s more into chilling in his house watching action movies or smoking out in the yard. He had a normal childhood, it wasn’t ever really interesting. He may come off as a quiet dude when you first meet him, but he’s really not. He’s just chill.

Sample Para (It Doesn’t Have Using the Character You’re Auditioning For): Nick looked down at the girl lying next to him on the couch, he loved her more than anything, but he knew that he was leaving and he couldn’t tell her. He wasn’t coming back…he was done with college, or at least done studying law. He didn’t want to be a lawyer, he wanted to dance. He wanted to find a good dance school to apply to and go there. He knew it would hurt her to know that he wasn’t coming back which was why he wasn’t going to tell her. It was better off this way anyway. He looked down at the sleeping girl, kissed her forehead and got off the bed slowly so that he could get of her apartment. As he got to the door, he looked back one last time and slipped out of her apartment and into the hallway. This was it…he was never going to see his best friend again.

Character’s Bio: Jacob Hudson had a fairly normal childhood, all things considered. He had always been fairly quiet, a good student and was protective of his family. Unlike his father though he lacked in sports and was not a very good singer nor dancer. But like his father he has a big heart and cares so much for everyone else around him. He had decided when he was young that he wanted to grow up and become a doctor. So he did his best in school and when he graduated form McKinley, he attended University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Medicine where he still is and is doing his best. He has just finished his junior year and is coming home to McKinley to get away from the big city for a while.

Sure, Chapel Hill was really nice. But it wasn’t home. It didn’t feel safe and warm and comfortable even after being at the college these past few years. Nothing compared to home. Nothing could imitate it or make you feel safe and protected, no matter what was going on in the real world. As he got off the plane and grabbed his luggage, he couldn’t wait to be home. As he took the streets slowly he couldn’t help but notice Lima never changed. Finally he turned the corner and opened the door. He was bombarded with a million sights smells and everything else from his childhood. Yes there truly was no place like home he thought as he walked inside.
